Our programs are exclusive and designed for people who are truly ready to commit. Booking is done directly with us. After you register, we schedule a personal intake session to fully understand your situation and goals. Please only book if you feel ready for meaningful change.

Our retreats are exclusive, highly limited experiences that require extensive preparation. We kindly ask for your understanding of the following cancellation policy:
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the retreat begins.
2. Cancellation by Participant
• Up to 60 days before the retreat: full refund of all payments made
• 59–30 days before the retreat: 50% refund of total retreat cost
• Less than 30 days before the retreat: no refund possible
You may nominate a replacement participant, subject to approval following a personal consultation.
3. Cancellation by evonour
If the retreat must be cancelled by evonour for serious reasons (e.g. force majeure, illness of the leadership team), all payments will be refunded in full. No further claims will be accepted.
4. Rebooking
Rebooking to another retreat is possible upon request and availability. A rebooking fee of up to 10% of the retreat price may apply.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel and international health insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen events.
6. Legal Notice
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies. Place of jurisdiction is Dubai, UAE, where legally permissible. – even at a later time.
